GREAT DANES IN SHELTERS
Shelter Danes are the most in need of finding a home. If you are contacting a shelter, be sure to have the kennel number and intake number at your fingertips as they will probably need that information to tell you about that Dane. Be aware that large breed dogs (including Great Danes) are often killed by the shelter immediately following the "available" date if they are not adopted.
